We’re seeking an Brand Supervisor to oversee the development and execution of the company’s brand strategy to enhance brand positioning, drive brand equity and foster customer loyalty.
Position Overview
The Brand Supervisor is responsible for developing and executing DastN’s brand strategy to strengthen positioning, drive brand equity, and foster customer loyalty. This role ensures consistent messaging and visual identity across all channels, collaborates with marketing, content, and product teams, and monitors brand performance metrics to guide data-driven improvements.

Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Positioning – Refine brand positioning and messaging; translate business objectives into strategic initiatives.
- Brand Governance & Consistency – Manage brand guidelines; review and approve branded materials; ensure cohesive identity across channels.
- Brand Equity & Loyalty Building – Develop campaigns and programs to enhance brand value and customer loyalty.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with marketing, content, sales, product, and HR teams to embed brand strategy across initiatives.
- Performance Measurement & Reporting – Establish KPIs, track brand awareness and loyalty scores, and present insights to senior management.
- Trend Monitoring – Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor branding strategies.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or communications.
- Strong understanding of branding principles (positioning, equity, customer experience design).
- Experience with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
- Proficiency with branding tools, market research, and analytics platforms.
- Visionary thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and analytical mindset.
- Adaptable and innovative, with awareness of emerging branding techniques
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of GDPR and data protection best practices.
- Multilingual skills (C1 in English and A2/B1 in German required).
- Familiarity with European relocation services, visa procedures, or expat communities.
