Responsibilities
- Visiting customer sites locally and internationally.
- Installing, adjusting, and operating machinery.
- Training the technical staff of customers on how to use the machinery.
- Readiness to travel outside of Germany to follow up on job assignments.
Must Have
- Profession: The applicant must be a Mechatronics Engineer.
- Fields of Expertise: Possession of experience in mechanics, electricity, and electronics.
- Work Experience: Practical work experience is important and required
- German Language: Proficiency at the B2 level with the ability to speak fluently.
- English Language: Preferably at a B1 level to support the application.
- Age: The candidate's age must not exceed 43 years old.
- Mobility: The ability and willingness to travel outside of Germany to fulfill job responsibilities.
- Training Skills: The capability to train customers' technical staff on machinery operations.

- Systems Thinking: The ability to view machinery as a single, integrated entity rather than just a collection of separate parts.
- Complex Problem Solving: Mechatronics relies heavily on troubleshooting, which is a cognitive skill as much as it is a hands-on one.
