Position Overview
The Consultant is responsible for managing the full client sales cycle from lead qualification to contract finalization, ensuring maximum conversion rates and revenue growth. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills to build trust with clients and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs. Working closely with the Sales Assistant, the Representative ensures that all leads are nurtured efficiently, proposals are professionally delivered, and clients are transitioned smoothly to the Operations Department after contract closure.

Responsibilities
- Lead Qualification & Assessment Evaluate incoming leads, review client data, and prioritize viable opportunities to maximize conversion.
- Client Communication & Relationship Building Initiate contact, build trust through transparent communication, and support clients throughout the sales cycle.
- Consultation & Solution Presentation Conduct tailored consultations, present relocation and recruitment solutions, and strengthen proposals with evidence.
- Proposal Preparation & Delivery Develop customized proposals outlining services, terms, and timelines, ensuring clarity and client understanding.
- Negotiation & Objection Handling Manage negotiations professionally, address objections with solution-oriented approaches, and escalate complex cases when needed.
- Contract Finalization Oversee contract preparation, ensure client comprehension of terms, and coordinate documentation with internal teams.
- CRM & Pipeline Management Maintain accurate CRM records, track lead progress, and generate performance reports for strategy refinement.
- Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Engage in team meetings, collaborate across departments, and suggest improvements to processes and client experience.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or similar field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Excellent analytical and reporting abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
- Proven sales track record with strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems (Odoo preferred).
- Commitment to ethical standards, client satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2C/B2B service industries, preferably recruitment, relocation, or professional services.
- Knowledge of GDPR and data protection best practices.
- Multilingual capabilities (German /A1-A2/- and English /B2 - C1/ required; additional languages an advantage).
