Cybersecurity Analyst
Position Overview
Monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security incidents to protect our organization’s information systems. Your expertise in cybersecurity tools and practices will be vital in identifying vulnerabilities and ensuring the integrity of networks
Responsibilities

Monitor security alerts and events using SIEM (Security Information and Event Management)
systems to detect and respond to potential threats in real-time.

Analyze security incidents and vulnerabilities, providing timely and effective responses to
mitigate risks and protect sensitive information.

Utilize cybersecurity tools such as IDS/IPS (Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems),
firewalls, and antivirus software to enhance the organization’s security posture.

Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify weaknesses and recommend
improvements to security policies and procedures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement incident response plans
and security best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to continuously improve security measures and practices.
Preferred Skills
- A Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is typically required. A Master's degree can be advantageous.
- Proficiency with cybersecurity tools, including SIEM systems, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and antivirus software.
- Typically, 2-4 years of experience in cybersecurity roles, such as security analysis, incident response, or network security.
