We’re seeking an Digital Marketing Supervisor to ensure alignment with global best practices and the company’s strategic objectives.
Position Overview
The Digital Marketing Supervisor oversees all aspects of DastN’s digital marketing operations, ensuring alignment with global best practices and strategic objectives. This role manages a team responsible for the website, social media channels, and digital platforms, while developing and implementing strategies that drive lead generation, brand positioning, and customer engagement. Given DastN’s reliance on digital channels, this position is critical to enhancing online reputation and user experience.

Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy & Planning – Develop and execute strategies for brand awareness, lead generation, and retention.
- Team Leadership – Lead SEO/SEM, social media, PPC, and analytics specialists; set objectives and mentor staff.
- Website & UX Management – Oversee content, functionality, and performance; ensure compliance with SEO, UX, and accessibility standards.
- Social Media & Content Marketing – Manage presence across platforms; coordinate calendars and campaigns with the Content Supervisor.
- Performance Marketing & Analytics – Plan PPC/display/social campaigns; optimize ROI, CPA, and conversion rates.
- Brand Reputation – Monitor reviews and feedback; implement strategies to strengthen online perception.
- Cross-Functional Coordination – Align campaigns with sales, product, customer care, and IT teams.
- Compliance & Innovation – Ensure GDPR compliance; adopt emerging tools and best practices.
Must Have
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 4+ years of digital marketing experience (SEO/SEM, social media, content, performance advertising).
- Proven success in B2B/B2C digital strategy execution.
- Strong leadership and cross-department collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Business Manager, HubSpot.
- Experience using ERP systems such as Odoo ERP, Strong understanding of ERP-integrated marketing and process automation.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of GDPR and data protection best practices.
- Multilingual skills (C1 in English and A2/B2 in German required).
- Familiarity with European relocation services, visa procedures, or expat communities.
