We’re seeking an Event Supervisor to identify, plan and execute events that align with the company’s objectives—whether through attendance, sponsorship or direct organization.

Position Overview

The Event Supervisor is responsible for identifying, planning, and executing events that align with DastN’s strategic objectives. This includes both online and in-person events—such as conferences, exhibitions, and webinars—that support sales, marketing, and brand awareness initiatives. The role involves building strong relationships with organizers, agencies, and partners, managing event logistics and budgets, and maintaining a knowledge base of event outcomes for future planning and content utilization.

Responsibilities

  •  Event Discovery & Evaluation – Research and assess industry events; recommend participation strategies based on ROI.
  •  Event Planning & Management – Develop event plans, coordinate internal teams, and prepare promotional materials.
  •  External Relations – Build relationships with organizers, sponsors, vendors, and partners; negotiate favorable terms.
  •  Online Event Execution – Organize webinars, workshops, and virtual conferences; ensure high-quality digital experiences.
  • Brand & Sales Support – Align events with brand strategy; generate leads and support sales initiatives.
  •  Budgeting & Logistics – Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and oversee logistics (venues, registration, travel, catering).
  •  Knowledge Management & Reporting – Archive event details, analyze performance metrics, and prepare improvement reports.
  •  Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with digital marketing, customer care, and product teams to maximize event impact.

Must Have

  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or related field
  • Experience: 4+ years of event management experience (physical and digital).
  •   Strong project management skills (budgeting, scheduling, logistics)
  •  Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  •  Familiarity with digital event platforms  and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience using ERP systems such as Odoo ERP, understanding of ERP-integrated marketing and process automation.
  • Strong project management skills (budgeting, scheduling, logistics).

Preferred Skills

  •  Knowledge of GDPR and data protection best practices.
  • Multilingual skills (C1 in English and A2/B1 in German required).
  •  Familiarity with European relocation services, visa procedures, or expat communities.
