Position Overview:
The Freelancer Consultant provides professional consulting services to clients generated by the company through marketing campaigns, lead-generation channels, or internal customer databases.
As an independent consultant, the individual is responsible for conducting advisory calls, analyzing client needs, qualifying leads, offering tailored solutions, and guiding clients through the decision-making process until the sale is finalized.
The company provides all leads, and the consultant focuses solely on delivering high-quality consultations, closing deals, and representing the company’s identity professionally.
No administrative tasks, no marketing responsibilities, and no operational duties are required beyond the consultation itself.

Responsibilities
- Consulting Sessions Deliver structured advisory meetings, assess client needs, explain services, and provide tailored recommendations.
- Lead Qualification Evaluate company-provided leads, determine readiness and fit, and escalate high-potential clients to the sales pipeline.
- Sales & Deal Closing Convert qualified leads into clients, address objections, and finalize agreements with persuasive communication.
- Call Handling Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally, including follow-ups and prospecting from internal databases.
- Client Representation Act as the company’s professional face, ensuring clear communication of services, expectations, and next steps.
- Information Handover Share consultation outcomes, support onboarding, coordinate with internal teams, and provide concise session summaries.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or similar field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Excellent analytical and reporting abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
- Proven sales track record with strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems (Odoo preferred).
- Ability to work independently and manage personal schedule.
Commitment to ethical standards, client satisfaction and continuous improvement. - Ability to understand customer needs quickly and build rapport.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2C/B2B service industries, preferably recruitment, relocation, or professional services.
- Knowledge of GDPR and data protection best practices.
- Multilingual capabilities (German /A1-A2/- and English /B1 - B2/ required; additional languages an advantage).
