Responsibilities
- Develop and pursue a business, investment, or self-employment activity in Germany in line with §21 requirements
- Prepare and provide accurate information and documentation related to their proposed activity
- Demonstrate financial readiness to support the activity and personal living costs
- Actively participate in the residence application and relocation process
- Comply with German legal and residence regulations throughout the process
Must Have
- A clear business idea, investment plan, or independent professional activity intended for Germany
- Sufficient financial capacity to fund the activity and cover personal living expenses
- Relevant experience, qualifications, or background related to the proposed activity
- Willingness to prepare and submit complete and verifiable documentation
- Ability to operate independently (this is not an employment-based opportunity)
