Position Overview
Responsible for providing advanced nursing care, support, and education to patients with complex health needs, ensuring high-quality care and promoting optimal health outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients with specialized health conditions.
- Collaborate with physicians, healthcare teams, and other specialists to develop and execute individualized care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management, treatment options, and preventive care.
- Monitor patients' progress and response to treatments, adjusting care plans as necessary.
- Perform advanced nursing procedures and interventions within the scope of practice.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of nursing protocols and policies.
- Mentor and train junior nursing staff and students, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Stay current with advancements in nursing practices, technologies, and healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent; advanced certification in a nursing specialty is preferred.
- Valid nursing license to practice in Germany.
- Previous experience in a specialized nursing role is highly desirable.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Proficiency in German and English (both written and spoken).
