Program Overview
The Opportunity Card (Chancenkarte) Program allows eligible international candidates to enter Germany legally to search for employment, without requiring a job offer in advance.
This pathway is designed for qualified professionals and graduates who want to explore career opportunities directly in Germany while benefiting from a structured, points-based or qualification-based system.
Through DastN, candidates receive administrative guidance and coordination support throughout the process — from eligibility assessment and document preparation to visa file structuring and post-arrival orientation. Final visa decisions remain the responsibility of the German authorities.
