We are seeking a highly skilled Partner & Public Relations Manager to strengthen strategic partnerships and enhance DastN’s public presence. This role is pivotal in building trusted relationships with partner organizations and stakeholders, while driving effective communication strategies that reinforce our reputation as a global leader in relocation and consulting services.
Position Overview
The Partner & Public Relations Manager is responsible for building and nurturing strategic relationships with governmental bodies, academic and research institutions, companies, intermediaries and agents. Based in Germany and fluent in German and English, the manager enhances the company’s market presence by developing partnerships, representing the organisation at official events, organising community service programmes and facilitating financial growth through investor relations and government‑supported programmes. This role plays a strategic part in positioning the company for long‑term sustainability and growth.

Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Lead the development of client success stories and case studies, ensuring messaging aligns with our brand and strategy.
- Strategic Relationship Development – Build and sustain partnerships with government, academic, business, and key stakeholders; explore joint programmes with institutions.
- Business Development & Partnerships – Identify and evaluate potential collaborations, negotiate agreements, and establish ventures to support growth.
- Corporate Representation & Public Relations – Represent the company at events, strengthen networks, and enhance public image through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Community Programme Management – Design and implement social responsibility initiatives, participate in community events, and promote local development.
- Financial Growth & Investor Relations – Cultivate investor relationships, secure funding through government programmes, and oversee financing initiatives with the finance team.
- Organisational & Structural Development – Develop group structures, propose new business models, and drive competitiveness and customer base expansion.
- Oversight & Compliance – Ensure regulatory compliance, monitor partnership performance, and provide reports with recommendations for improvement.
Must Have.
- University degree in Business Administration, International Relations or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in public relations, partnership management or business development, with a strong understanding of the German market.
- Fluency in German and English, with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of German corporate and partnership laws and regulations.
- Proven ability to identify investment opportunities and leverage government support programmes.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage projects, partnerships and teams.

- Awareness of data‑protection regulations (GDPR) and willingness to adhere to compliance standards Multilingual skills (English required; additional languages (German)an advantage).
