Physical Therapist
Position Overview
Responsible for providing comprehensive rehabilitation services to patients with physical impairments, helping them improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance their overall quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical conditions and functional abilities through comprehensive evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs, goals, and medical history.
- Implement therapeutic interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to promote recovery and rehabilitation.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and strategies for managing their conditions.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians, healthcare teams, and other specialists to provide coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Participate in community outreach programs and health education initiatives to promote physical wellness.
- Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices, technologies, and healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid physical therapy license to practice in Germany.
- Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Proficiency in German and English (both written and spoken).
