Position Overview
Having a strong background in various therapeutic modalities and a passion for helping individuals achieve their mental health goals. You will work with clients of diverse backgrounds and ages, providing individualized therapy sessions tailored to their unique needs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clients' goals and progress.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Stay updated on the latest research and developments in the field of therapy.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Valid professional license to practice therapy in Germany (e.g., Psychotherapist, Clinical Social Worker).
- Minimum of2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
- Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Fluency in German and English (additional languages are a plus).
