We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives, ensure timely delivery, and drive operational excellence in line with international standards.

Position Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for leading DastN’s contractual projects with partner organizations, including hospitals, academies, training centers, and German employers, to ensure the successful delivery of large-scale staffing and relocation programs. This role oversees the entire project lifecycle, from contract activation to candidate deployment, by managing communication, timelines, resources, and quality standards across all departments. Acting as DastN’s operational ambassador, the Project Manager guarantees accuracy, transparency, and efficiency in every client partnership, transforming signed contracts into measurable outcomes and reinforcing DastN’s reputation as a trusted relocation partner in the German employment market.

Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Execution – Lead operational planning of client contracts, define scope and milestones, manage budgets and risks, and ensure proper documentation in the ERP system.
  • Client Communication & Relationship Management – Act as the primary contact for clients, provide regular updates, resolve issues, and build long-term trusted relationships.
  • Cross-Departmental Coordination – Align workflows across Recruitment, Staffing, Visa, Integration, and other teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and timely delivery.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting – Track project KPIs, monitor deadlines, prepare progress reports, and conduct post-project evaluations to identify improvements.
  • Quality & Compliance Assurance – Ensure adherence to DastN’s quality standards, legal regulations, and partner requirements, validating candidate eligibility and documentation accuracy.

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  •  5–8 years of experience in project management, operations, or international staffing.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale or multi-stakeholder projects in HR, consulting, relocation, or recruitment industries.
  • Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (German language proficiency is a strong asset).
  •  Solid understanding of ERP/CRM systems and data-driven project monitoring.
  • High problem-solving ability and resilience in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

  • Knowledge of GDPR and data protection best practices.
  • Multilingual capabilities (proficiency in German and English required; other languages are advantageous)
