We are looking for a Recruitment Supervisor to support relocation recruitment processes and ensure attracting qualified candidates in line with organizational standards.
Position Overview
The Recruitment Supervisor oversees the recruitment team and manages all activities related to attracting candidates and coordinating with educational and corporate entities in Germany to secure appropriate contracts (such as employment contracts, vocational training contracts, language programs, etc.). They handle the process of obtaining necessary approvals from German authorities, ensure candidates are prepared for interviews, and compile all documentation required for transfer to the visa issuance department. The role also involves translating and coordinating contracts and documents, covering staff duties when necessary, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless recruitment operations.

Responsibilities
- Team & Operations Management: Lead the recruitment team, assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Recruitment Partnerships: Build agreements with German companies, universities, and institutes to secure meaningful opportunities for candidates.
- Approvals & Compliance: Coordinate with German authorities (labour offices, foreigner’s offices), track applications, and manage required documentation.
- Interview & Candidate Preparation: Organize interviews, provide guidance to candidates, and collect feedback to refine recruitment processes.
- Documentation & Translation: Prepare and translate contracts and candidate documents in line with German requirements; submit complete files for visa processing.
- Cross‑Department Coordination: Collaborate with the preparation unit and other departments to standardize documents and streamline workflows.
- Process Improvement: Stay updated on German employment and immigration regulations, and propose enhancements to efficiency and candidate experience.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in relocation, global mobility, or operations management.
- Experience in recruitment management or coordination with academic and training institutions in Germany.
- Comprehensive knowledge of German employment and immigration laws and visa requirements.
- Strong team management skills with planning, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
- Negotiation skills and excellent communication capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate with recruitment agencies, legal and tax advisors, and other external partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with ERP or project management tools (Odoo is a strong plus).
- Excellent organizational capabilities and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail with a high standard for reviewing documents.
