We’re seeking an Success Story / Credibility Specialist to enhance DastN’s reputation and brand credibility by sourcing, crafting and promoting authentic success stories and value‑driven narratives.

Position Overview

The Success Story / Credibility Specialist works closely with employees, partners, clients, and prospects to identify compelling experiences—from everyday achievements like visa approvals and university admissions to major relocation milestones—and transforms them into impactful content. Beyond storytelling, the specialist encourages verified customer reviews, collaborates with review platforms, and ensures all communications reflect DastN’s core values of innovation, transparency, equality, sustainability, and community engagement.

Responsibilities

  •  Opportunity Discovery & StorytellingIdentify and craft success stories from staff, partners, and clients; translate daily operations into narratives that showcase culture and impact.
  •  Content Production & Coordination – Collaborate with design/multimedia teams to produce high-quality visual and written content; manage the full content lifecycle.
  • Review & Recommendation Management – Engage clients for testimonials, encourage authentic reviews, and coordinate with verification platforms (e.g., Trustpilot).
  • Surveys & Feedback – Develop surveys, analyze feedback, and generate reports to refine storytelling strategies.
  • Values & Social Responsibility Integration – Highlight initiatives in diversity, sustainability, and community engagement; ensure alignment with company culture.
  • Brand Identity Development – Use storytelling techniques to reinforce DastN’s brand voice and philosophical positioning.

Must Have

  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in content creation, storytelling, or digital marketing (multicultural/cross-border preferred).
  • Strong writing and editing skills; ability to craft engaging narratives from real experiences.
  •  Familiarity with social media, CMS platforms, and basic photo/video production.
  • nalytical skills to interpret survey and review data, translating insights into strategies
  • Experience using ERP systems such as Odoo ERP.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for engaging stakeholders and eliciting authentic stories.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and ethical in representing experiences

Preferred Skills

  •  Knowledge of GDPR and data protection best practices.
  • Multilingual skills (C1 in English and A1/A2 in German required).
  •  Passion for building credibility and conveying values through storytelling



Responsibilities

  • Workflow Analysis: Collaborate with teams to map out current workflows, identify challenges, and define ERP requirements.
  • Odoo Configuration & Customization:  Configure and tailor Odoo modules to align with our business processes, from CRM and HR to Inventory and Accounting.
  • Website Development: Customize our website using Odoo’s website builder, fully integrating it with the ERP.
  • Training & Support: Train team members, ensuring they’re comfortable and efficient with Odoo ERP.
  • Documentation & Process Improvement: Document configurations and suggest operational enhancements.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing, troubleshooting, and quality checks.
  • Ongoing Support:  Provide continuous support to optimize ERP operations.

Must Have

  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years in Odoo ERP implementation, with proven experience in workflow analysis and ERP integration.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of Odoo modules (CRM, HR, Accounting, Inventory, etc.), and customization using XML, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Project Management: Ability to lead full ERP implementation cycles.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and adaptability.
