Position Overview
The Training Specialist is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and monitoring all training-related activities for candidates during their relocation and pre-employment preparation phase.
Based on each candidate’s assessment results, visa requirements, and project needs, the Training Specialist ensures that all necessary language, technical, professional, and pre-employment training programs are properly assigned, delivered, and tracked until completion.
This role guarantees that every candidate achieves the required skill level or certification necessary for successful placement and relocation.
The Training Specialist ensures that every candidate supported by DastN is fully equipped — skill-wise and qualification-wise — to meet employer and visa program requirements.
Through structured coordination, close monitoring, and data-driven execution, this role transforms training from an administrative task into a strategic enabler of relocation success and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Event Coordination: Plan and manage webinars, digital events, and association collaborations.
  • Training Coordination & Planning: Reviewing assessments, identifying suitable training programs, scheduling sessions, and managing training calendars to guarantee timely participation.
  • Candidate Support & Follow-Up: Guiding candidates through training plans, monitoring progress and attendance, addressing challenges, and coordinating exams and certifications.
  • Collaboration & Coordination: Working closely with supervisors, assessment teams, visa units, and external providers to align training with readiness goals and ensure smooth access to learning platforms.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Recording training activities in ERP systems, preparing performance reports, collecting feedback, and archiving all documentation accurately.

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training Management, HR Development, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in training coordination, educational program administration, or HR operations.
  • Strong understanding of online learning systems (LMS), virtual training platforms, and exam management tools.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency in English (German language is an advantage).
  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems and digital documentation tools.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
  • Training Coordination & Scheduling.

  • Meticulous and organized, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Attention to detail with a high standard for reviewing documents.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and data protection best practices.
  • Multilingual capabilities (German /A1-A2/- and English /B1- B2/ required; additional languages an advantage).
