Responsibilities
- Learn and continuously improve your German language skills to meet program and workplace requirements
- Commit to completing every stage of the Ausbildung program (language, contract, visa, relocation, training)
- Attend vocational school courses and complete all required coursework
- Participate actively in on-the-job training with your employer in Germany
- Follow German workplace standards, safety rules, and company policies
- Develop professional skills in your chosen specialization (healthcare, IT, office, technical, or renewable energy)
- Demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude throughout the program
Must Have
- High school diploma (any track accepted)
- German language skills at B2 level (B1 may be accepted for special programs)
- Age: General Program: 18–25, Special Program: up to 33 (limited places)
- Valid passport with at least 18 months validity
- Motivation to relocate, adapt, and build a career in Germany
- Commitment to completing all stages of the program
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience (internship, volunteer work, or part-time job) in your chosen field
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Adaptability and openness to new cultures and structured learning
- Basic computer skills (especially useful for IT, office, and technical fields)
